They have two editions available for pre-order (regular & limited), and you can select 'local pick up' to get Halo 3 on release day.  In addition, they have a free shipping option as well (for both the card and game).  Best Buy had a ton of Halo 2 copies on release day, so don't worry about the typical Best Buy new game lag time, as they are anticipating that this will be the biggest video game release this year and state the following when ordering:
