Infinity Ward Community Manager Robert Bowling recently sat down with IGN and revealed that the Prestige Editon of Modern Warfare 2 will actually be limited.
Amazon has begun pre-orders on the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition which includes the following goodies:
- Features Modern Warfare 2 full game
- Includes fully-functional, wearable, adjustable Night Vision Goggles with indiviually numbered and engraved Collector's Stand. Custom-designed and painted goggles allow sight in absolute darkness up to 50 feet in black & white or night vision green.
- Call of Duty Classic full downloadable game - for the first time ever, play the original classic Call of Duty game on consoles
- Hardbound art book "Behind the Lines", deigned by artists at Infinity Ward, featuring the art of Modern Warfare 2
- Includes premium, special-edition Steelbook case with custom artwork by Infinity Ward

PATIENCE PAYS OFF!
Whether you passed on paying full retail, or have arrived to the party late, welcome to 'The Price Drop'.
This week we have a few noteworthy video game price drops to report.
 
To kick things off we have a universal price drop on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PS3/Xbox 360) to $39.99 from $59.99. The game scored an incredible 94 on Megacritic. Obviously this is a highly recommended title, and would provide good filler until Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 drops later this year.
Temporary Price Drops:
Amazon has a few temporary price drops running through May 27th.
 
First off is MadWorld and The House of the Dead: Overkill for the Wii. Both are available for $29.97 (save $20). MadWorld scored 81, while The House of the Dead: Overkill scored 78 on Megacritic.
For the PC, we have Empire: Total War. This Sega game is discounted to $34.97 (save $15). Empire: Total War has a universal acclaim score of 90 on Megacritic.

Gamefly Top Queued!
Some would argue that the Gamefly 'most queued' should be taken with a grain of salt. Generally, it is apparent that the Xbox 360 is the most common rental platform that absolutely skews the results. In addition, one could argue that a title that appears near the top of the list is there because it is worth a rental versus a purchase. With that being said, it is still a decent gauge on the level of interest for a particular game.
